1) Mechanical Design Engineer
Job Description :
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Knowledge in mechanical design using 3D Solidworks design software and 2D Auto CAD design software.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Excel spread sheet.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience on jig & fixtures designer in automation or semiconductor industry will be added advantage.
- Able to work under tight schedules to complete the design jobs on time.
- Able to work extra hours including holiday & weekend.
- Knowledge of Japanese language is an added advantage.
2) Electrical Engineer
Job Description :
- Degree in Electrical Engineering/Science Course or equivalent.
- Evaluate and design electrical circuit on auto molding machines using AutoCad Electrical software.
- Judge and prepare Instruction Sheet, BOM list through customer order and requirement.
- Analyze and troubleshoot design defect on equipment machinery related.
- Understand Japanese language is an added advantage.
3) Software Specialist
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess minimum Diploma in Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year relevant working experience.
- Experience in PLC programming and debugging are required for this position.
- Knowledge in schematic diagram and assemble drawing are an added advantage.
- Willing to travel locally and to be prepared to extend long working hours.
- Good time management and communication skills.
- Able to multi-task and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Job Description :
Conduct software installation and specification confirmation of machine.
Perform diagnostic check on the system.
To manage and coordinate jobs to meet manufacturing schedule.
Provide technical support to manufacturing department.
Prepare operation manual and provide training to users/customers.
Compile the machine data and report the machine status after job done.
Provide timely reports to section manager or department head.
4) Software Engineer
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years working experience in designing PLC (OMRON, YASKAWA or Mitsubishi) and HMI interface.
- Knowledge and experience in C++ and Vision are an added advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and innovative thinking are required for this position.
- Able to multi-task and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Good time management and communication skills.
Job Description :
- Participate in all aspect of software design and development such as part selection, specification design, user manual and debugging.
- Liaise with head quarter for information and the status of the on going projects.
- Deliver the software to related section and register to system.
- Prepare specification sheet and document for maintaining the customer data.
- Provide internal training to the person in charge of handling the equipment.
- Validate the performance of new designed software before shipment.
- Prepare program checklist and technical report of the machine specification.
- Provide technical support/training to customers to meet customer expectation.
- Prepare multiple report such as ISO document and Weekly Report to section manager or department head.
