I probably post LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® training photos a little too often.

So naturally, people assume it must be my #1 program.

Well… not quite! 😆

In fact, High Impact Presentation Skills is my TOP program in terms of the number of sessions conducted.
More than 200 sessions!

LEGO SERIOUS PLAY may be the one you see most often on my LinkedIn, but Presentation Skills has been my long-time “workhorse”. 😂

I guess what we post most ≠ what we do most!

So yes… you’ll probably continue seeing LEGO photos here. 🧱😂

A little reflection after facilitating 30+ LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® sessions over the past two years as a Global Facilitator.

Some feedback from participants really stayed with me:

The LEGO is fun.
The learning is meaningful.
And the serious’ part is about applying what we discover to become better—at work and in ourselves.
After 30+ sessions, I’m still amazed by how much a few LEGO bricks can unlock. 🧱✨

There's nothing quite like bringing people together through LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®!

We had an engaging Team Synergy with LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® workshop, bringing together participants from different regions.
