　　一解读：

　　Idea：作为一个Leader，你要总能想出令人叫绝的点子，这个点子必须超前，只有超前才能避开竞争对手的围追堵截，这个点子还要符合最大多数人的需求，否则只能孤芳自赏；

　　Timing：有时候成功与个人的努力无关，甚至与团队的努力无关，却与时机有关。福特和他的汽车家族、洛克菲勒和他的石油家族，比尔盖茨和他的微软都是抓住了当时世界上那个最大的时机，一战而胜！

　　Action：这是平庸的人们最应该好好理解的一个词汇！具备了超凡行动能力的人将是无敌的。人类的所有忧虑都是因为思想走在了行动的面前。请你让行动先于你的思考！
