📢 HR & Management Teams: Is your payroll ready for LINDUNG 24 Jam?
With PERKESO’s latest requirements, employers need to manage employee participation, payroll deductions, opt-out records and contribution submissions accurately.
A few important reminders:
✅ Local employees participate by default unless they opt out
✅ Participation remains mandatory for foreign employees
✅ The contribution is fully paid by the employee
✅ Employers are responsible for deducting and remitting it to PERKESO
✅ Employees with multiple employers should only have one deduction
✅ The current contribution rate is 0.75% of monthly wages, subject to the applicable wage ceiling
🗓️ The opt-out period for local employees ends on 31 August 2026.
