We have seen a claim on Facebook stating that our gas is being sold at RM36.60. We would like to clarify that our official price is RM26.60, which has been clearly displayed.

If you come across any instances of price violations, please report them directly to KPDNKK (Ministry of Domestic Trade and Cost of Living) for verification and action.

During this critical time, we hope everyone can work together to maintain a harmonious environment. Any intentional spread of false information or attempts to incite unrest will be subject to legal action.

Miri Maju Gas Customers*

To ensure a smooth and fair distribution of LPG cylinders for all, priority will be given to customers from each household, with *at least one (1) cylinder every month*. Please take note of the following arrangements.

1. Number Collection*
• Collect a queue number 9.30am from Maju Gas Miri every morning after the all of the cylinder is collected on 8.30am.
• customers should return the next day 8.30am to collect their cylinder.

E.G.
Tuesday morning8.30am-9.30am Gas collection.
9.30 queue for number.

To ensure fair distribution of LPG cylinders for all, we need to organise the situation at the dealers properly. Our goal is to provide at least one cylinder per household per month to ensure everyone has supply.

请在星期一（17/2/2025）早上 8:00 在我们的仓库排队购买煤气，前提是您已在今天（15/2/2025）下午领取号码牌。

此外，我们将在下午 4:00PM（17/2/2025） 继续发放号码牌。

If you have received a queue number this afternoon, please line up at our warehouse on Monday（17/2/2025） at 8:00 AM to purchase your gas.

Additionally, we will continue distributing queue numbers at 4:00 PM（17/2/2025）.

• Due to varying schedules (e.g. lorry breakdowns or driver rest periods), *150 cylinders* will be allocated *every day*.

3. Updates & Notifications*

Good job everyone !!!

On behalf of the company, I sincerely thank the businesses and residents of Bintulu for their active cooperation and for switching from subsidise gas to commercial gas.
This initiative not only helps
1.alleviate the pressure on residential gas supply but also
2.reduces the government's subsidy burden.

Here, I urge all laundries to use commercial gas and encourage more businesses to switch to commercial gas whenever possible to help stabilize market supply.

To ease the burden on merchants, we will temporarily offer a "4 small cylinders (14kg) for 1 large cylinder (50kg)" exchange. This way, merchants won’t have to spend extra money to purchase new cylinders.

In the face of disaster, many businesses—including ours—have suffered losses to varying degrees. However, this is the time for us to stand together and overcome challenges, not to place blame on one another. Our transportation team is also working tirelessly to ensure gas supply and is fully committed to serving everyone.

1。缓解居民的煤气供应压力。
