We also operate as an ELV contractor, providing IT infrastructure and security solutions for new company setups and construction projects.
Position: Quantity Surveyor
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all financial aspects of ELV and networking projects from planning to completion, ensuring work stays within budget
-Read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings for accurate project costing and material estimation
-Prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ), cost estimates, and project budgets for installation works
-Monitor project spending during installation and maintenance to prevent cost overruns
-Negotiate with clients on project scope, pricing, and requirements, ensuring clear communication and mutually beneficial agreements
-Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and vendors on cost and scheduling matters
-Ensure compliance with contract requirements, project specifications, and industry standards
Requirements:
-Preferbly Female
-Good Attitude Person
-Good Communication Skills
-Previous Work Experience
-Available for Full Time
-Autocad knowledge added to an advantage
