✅ Existing businesses (operating in YA 2022): If YA 2022 revenue was below RM1 million but revenue reached RM1 million or more in YA 2023, YA 2024, or YA 2025.

✅ New businesses (commenced in 2023–2025): If annual turnover or revenue reaches RM1 million or more.
