I've heard people talk about hidden cost in bank lelong properties. Is it hidden cost? If it can be checked, it is not hidden cost.
Mr Chew checked every single unit and inform you which one can buy which one cannot buy.
For example, last week Mr Chew checked this property at Petaling Jaya, everything is great, except for the last part ...... outstanding amount owe to the developer is RM 65,000❌️ ouch!
Bank cover maintenance outstanding which is only RM 4000+. but Bank dont
cover the ‼️RM 65,000‼️

Client insist want to bid for a unit in Shah Alam, even the agent refuse to disclose the outstanding amount . Mr Chew checked, the total outstanding owe to developer is ‼️RM 400,000‼️. yes RM 400,000 , not typo, really ‼️RM 400,000‼️. Imagine buying a lelong unit at cheap price only to realize you have to cough up extra RM 400,000 , this is why checking is Mr Chew number 1 priority.
