材料:
Sotong仔 （处理干净）
妈蜜酱料 1包
粘粉:
面粉 2汤匙
粘米粉 2小匙
玉米粉 2小匙
（混合均匀）
做法:
1）Sotong仔粘上粉炸香
2）酱料煮滚浓稠，把炸香的sotong仔倒入搅拌均匀即可

Fluffy Pancakes You Must Try

Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups all-purpose flour (180 g)
- 2.5 tsp baking powder (10 g)
- 1/2 tsp salt (3 g)
- 1 tbsp sugar (12 g)
- 1 ¼ cups milk (300 ml)
- 1 egg (about 50 g, no shell)
- 3 tbsp melted butter or oil (45 ml)
- 2 tsp vanilla extract (10 ml)

Step 1. Make the batter:
- Mix together the wet ingredients.
- Sift in the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. There should be some lumps.

Note: If the batter feels too thick, gradually add milk until it reaches your preferred consistency.

Step 2. Cook the pancakes:
- Heat a pan over medium-high heat and grease it with butter or oil.
- Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the pan.
- Cook until bubbles form and edges are set (about 2 minutes). Flip and cook for another minute.

Step 3. Serve with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
