感恩有机会与 OE for CEO 049 家人 Joson Chia 和太太坐下来分享和学习我正在经营的社会企业 (Social Enterprise) 餐厅。过去,我对餐饮业几乎一无所知,但现在我明白,餐饮业是一门无法在短时间内完全掌握的复杂行业。
接受新挑战的同时也是学习新知识的机会。然而,在这个过程中,我时常感到压力,甚至质疑自己为何选择这条路。每当此时,我都会提醒自己当初的初衷——通过社会企业模式,持续帮助有需要的人。

I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to sit down with my OE for CEO 049 Joson Chia and his wife to discuss and learn about my new restaurant that will soon open, based on the Social Enterprise concept. While I previously knew little about the F&B industry, I have come to realize that it is a complex field that takes time and experience to master.
Embracing new challenges is a chance to gain new knowledge. However, this journey has not been without its challenges—I have felt stressed at times and even questioned why I chose this path. During these moments, I remind myself of my original goal: to help those in need through the Social Enterprise Model.
I’m thankful to my wonderful family for their unwavering support and encouragement ❤️❤️❤️. My heartfelt thanks also go to Ray Teoh Hin Leng and Chef Wong 得福小厨 for uniting us around and share the same vision. Thank you, Sifu Calvin Khiu, for your words, "Can be done," when I first shared this plan with you. My coach’s Nicholas Aw selfless guidance and advice were instrumental in turning my draft business idea into a viable plan. I also want to extend my gratitude to those who have supported me behind the scenes, including qualified accountants, legal advisors, and friends.
