At FIRE SPECS SOLUTION (FSS), we strive continuously to improvise our service and product quality and reliability. We believe that in the building industry, quality and reliability play an important role in ensuring down time reduction and operational condition every time when the facility is required in the building. A part of being quality sensitive,FIRE SPECS SOLUTION’s management always strive
to bring services and products to end users at lowest cost. This low cost and excellent quality concept is in line with the management’s mission of being competitive locally and internationally. Our Engineering and Operations Department were overhauled several times and we equipped our entire Engineering Department with manpower, equipment, machineries and technical expertise to undertake all engineering task ourselves. Today, we achieved our target of zero outsource and this achievement poised as a stepping stone for us to reduce much of our end user’s cost. As a result of our Engineering Department restructuring, we achieve our target by increasing 100% in service and product quality factor at the same time reducing end user Fire Protection System cost to almost 20%. This 20% reduction had driven us into greater market share locally and internationally. Some even called us “Cost Effective Genius” for being able to reduce our client’s building management cost. Three years into the implementation of this low cost with quality concept, we succeeded in putting ourselves way ahead of many established competitor.
