𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗿𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗼’𝘀 𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗮𝘁 𝗡𝗜𝗖𝗘 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲

We are honoured to announce the formalisation of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗿𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗼 and 𝗦𝗲𝘁𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝗮𝘆𝘀𝗶𝗮 at National Innovation and Commercialisation Expo (NICE) 2026 , held at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC), witnessed by 𝗬𝗕 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗸 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗟𝗶𝗵 𝗞𝗮𝗻𝗴, 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗠𝗢𝗦𝗧𝗜). This milestone marks an important step forward in strengthening our ecosystem through meaningful collaboration and innovation.📝

The collaboration will explore the integration and implementation of an 𝗘𝗮𝗿𝗹𝘆 𝗪𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 (𝗘𝗪𝗔) solution, known as 𝗠𝗲𝘀𝗿𝗮𝗚𝗮𝗷𝗶, within the 𝗠𝗲𝘀𝗿𝗮𝗛𝗥 platform. By leveraging digital attendance and payroll data, the initiative aims to provide employees with more flexible access to their earned wages while enabling automated payroll reconciliation and improving overall HR and payroll management efficiency.

This collaboration reflects our shared commitment to developing practical solutions that create meaningful value for both employers and employees. We are excited about the opportunities ahead and look forward to turning this collaboration into a positive and impactful outcome for the workforce ecosystem.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗱. 𝗦𝗼 𝘄𝗵𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹 not closed?

Security says it was escalated.
Supervisor says it was handed over.
Maintenance says it belongs to Facility.
Facility says the contractor needs to act.

Everyone has a reason.
Nobody has ownership.

And while teams are pointing fingers, management is left with the same question:

A patrol is not complete just because the guard walked the route.

A professional patrol operation should answer four questions:

𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗖𝗞 — Was the checkpoint reached?
𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗜𝗙𝗬 — Was the checkpoint actually verified?
𝗥𝗘𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧 — Was the patrol activity properly recorded?
𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗗 — Was action taken when an issue was detected?

Because a patrol is more than following a route.

It’s about creating a clear, verifiable process from the moment a checkpoint is reached until action is taken.

That’s how security operations become more accountable, visible and easier to manage.
