Urgently looking for Testers (Takaful Claims) for our Insurance client! Preferably with Insurance Claims Process knowledge for Malaysians.
Requirements:
*Previous experience in system testing, preferably within the Insurance/Takaful or financial services sector.
*Knowledge of different testing methodologies and ability to apply them effectively.
*Familiarity with Certificate coverage/Insurance Policy, claims processes, and related terminology.
*Experience with test case creation, ex*****on, and defect tracking.
*Familiarity with Certificate coverage/Insurance Policy, claims processes, and related terminology.
*Proficiency in using testing tools, bug-tracking systems, and test management software.
*Understanding of database concepts and ability to write and execute SQL queries for data validation.
*Knowledge of programming languages, scripting, or test automation frameworks is a plus.
*Have experience working in the Finance Dept at an Insurance or takaful company
*Understanding of the different types of finance and their specific finance/payment processing inclusive posting to GL
Claims Process:
*Understanding of the end-to-end claims process, including claim initiation, evaluation, settlement, and communication.
*Familiarity with common challenges and pain points in claims operations, such as fraud detection, data validation, and customer experience.
Technical Competence:
*Proficiency in using testing tools, bug tracking systems, and test management software.
*Understanding of database concepts and ability to write and execute SQL queries for data validation.
*Knowledge of programming languages, scripting, or test automation frameworks is a plus.
