🚀 We’re Hiring: Trademark & Franchise Executive
We are seeking a Trademark & Franchise Executive to join our team, supporting Trademark and Franchise-related matters across various client portfolios.
Job description:
1. Assisting iPBiz to prepare franchise and licensing quotation
2. To assist in handling, coordinating, drafting, amending, compiling franchise documentation including but not limited to franchise or licensing agreement, franchise manual, prospectus, business plan and company profile whether directly or indirectly.
3. To conduct online market research, trade mark searching, SSM search and other survey from time to time.
4. To prepare trademark filing documentations;
5. To prepare and maintain records in the system, monitoring deadline, reporting, follow up and responding office action with respective government department including checking status of projects from time to time;
6. To ensure all projects that required registration to any government body are being complied with and filed accordingly on time;
7. Responsible for all other administrative matter as and when required.
