FullCoin has been launched
Currently FullCoin exchange works for transactions over 500 Eur for individuals in Europe, for SEPA protocol. FullCoin is planning to extend this service worldwide in order to accept card payments in any amount.

FirstCoin Travel
We are finalizing the agreement and the last tests, together with FirstCoin Travel Representatives, with a view to launch of the website. We are anticipating that, after it is fully tested and functional this will be about 30 days.

Ground breaking News
On March 5th, the CIO of the Firstcoin Project signed an agreement of cooperation with FORUS Global Digital Exchange. This will allow the FirstCoin members to use Mahala App for payments. Mahala app has already a base of 23,000,000 users in FIAT currency.

Forus blockchain is the fastest blockchain with capacity to process 15,000 transactions per second, and Forus app has a base of pre-registered users of 56,000,000. The goal is to reach 100.000.000 users worldwide.

Next step is the integration of cryptocurrencies in Mahala App - FirstCoin and Mahala Coin.

In other words, this will make FirstCoin a USABLE coin anywhere in the world!!

The Livecoin situation
As a matter of a great interest, the Livecoin statement was an important topic. The Livecoin published a statement of alleged financial misconduct including Firstcoin on Feb 16th, only two days after the new management took over the responsibility for the project. Naturally, it came as a surprise for the management as well as for the members.
The article is very poorly written, with complete disregard about the factual situation or the consequences it might bare. Immediate course of action was to turn the case to our legal department for further investigation. After conclusion of the investigation, we will be in the position to reveal all the facts regarding this matter. Since then, legally, we are not allowed to discuss further on this matter.

News From Top Management FirstCoin Club

Dear FirstCoin Club member,


We would like to extend a huge thank you to those of you who attended this week’s webinar where we were joined live by the company’s CEO, Josip Bosnic and the FirstCoin management board. We had over 500 join us on Monday thank you. Please do accept our sincere apologies for the technical difficulties we faced during the webinar.

We’ve also received numerous requests to summarise some of the highlights of the announcements which you can see below. We have also included the points that we were scheduled to convey to the members but were unable due to technical issues we faced during the webinar.

Current situation

As we all know our coin has had a turbulent week. The situation with Livecoin has not changed since our email last week with a full update to all members. We are in constant contact with the authorities and are fully cooperating in order to clear any alleged allegation against Firstcoin. We will keep you updated if the situation changes.

As you are all aware post webinar on the 12th of February our coin price was on the ascendency breaking the $2 price point however no sooner the Livecoin news was released everyone panic sold, hence the drop in price in the last week. Crypto space is a very volatile and speculative market, which we were well aware of when we all invested. It’s important, as we have mentioned on several occasions to understand that this is not a get rich scheme where you buy a package wait for the price to go up, sell, cash out and expect to be a millionaire. We are a community of users and the only way the price will start increasing is if there is someone buying the coin. The recent spate of events has brought negativity in the market and we as a community has stopped buying the coin and to add to this situation, coins that were already on the open exchanges are been panic sold which in effect has created a downward spiral.

Most of the Membership wished they had the opportunity to enter the business at its inception and the current price point has granted your prayers and wishes. We have to work together as a community to save our coin and the network because the Board cannot achieve this on its own as the saying goes “ The whole is greater than the sum of its parts.” We are one family and lets come together to bring our coin back to its past glory.

We would like to inform the Membership that we are working on a structure for members’ who’s packages that have been released and unlocked in the last few weeks, once we have agreed on the structure we will communicate the finer details of relocking the packages.

As mentioned on the webinar after a close look into the internal coin transfer and trading situation we have deduced that close to 40 million coins have been traded internally. If this volume were traded on the exchanges Firstcoin would have been close to the $20 mark currently as the volume traded is close to 480 Million USD. The Membership would agree that this is a significant amount. Please do start using and trading on Yobit until we bring on a few more exchanges on board. IT Issues

One of the first tasks of the new management team was to ensure that the backlog of customer service issues and tickets open would be cleared as a matter of urgency. We had over 900 tickets open and we have closed over 600 tickets in the last week. We endeavour to close all tickets in the next week please bear with us. We request members to use the ticketing system only for reporting of issues and problems related to your account and package and not general questions. We have also seen that members are raising multiple tickets for a single query, we request that members raise one ticket per issue. In the event multiple tickets are raised your tickets will go to the bottom of the queue.

Within a month we will implement a new ticketing system which will be more user friendly and contain a self help system that will immediately provide you with answers to your queries.

In the past, members have used the support @ email to send support ticket queries please only use the ticketing system in order to minimise downtime in resolving ticketing issues. During our investigation we found members complaining on specific transactions, which we are currently investigating and will resolve in the near future and rest assured your money and coins will not be lost.
In addition, many other positive changes were announced, including the much anticipated move to the FullCoin exchange, which is now being tested by the developers. We have been promised by our deveopers that we will have a finished end product by the end of February 2018. Following the delivery of the Fullcoin exchange we will roadtest it ourselves for atleast 3 days prior to release.
This project should be completed by the first week in March.

To help with the transition, several upgrades to the IT infrastructure are to be completed and this will involve periods of scheduled maintainence. We have had one already and we have scheduled another IT upgrade which will take place on the 24th of February between 2pm -10pm CET please accept our appologies for the inconvenience this may cause. All rewards will be calculated and updated on your accounts on the 1st of March in order to calculate the relevant bonuses the club accounts will go into maintainace for at least a couple of hours on the 1st of March, we value your patience during this period.

Bad reviews on the Internet

It is a known fact that we have had bad reviews about the firstcoin project. Some are accurate, and most not. Prior to last week when we joined the Board many things happened that was beyond our control that we cannot change. What has been done has been done. The only thing we can promise the membership is that we are doing everything in our power to resolve any issues pending.

However what can be done now is to collaborate as a team, the Leaders, Members and we as Board members involved in the firstcoinproject.com. We promise transparency in our work and we don’t have any reason to deny things that were not decided by us, and happened in the past. We appreciate your help if you forward all the links with peoples reviews about Firstcoin to [email protected]. We need to understand your problems, we need to ensure you receive the truth when we answer and we need to focus on priorities.
