Questions can open a conversation, unlock new ways of thinking, and enable people too see possibilities they may have overlooked.

Yet, even a good question can fall flat.

This happens if it is asked at the wrong time, in the wrong way, or without truly listening to the person.

Effective questioning is less about asking more and more.

Leaders who ask great questions are being fully present, purposeful, and genuinely curious about what comes next.
