What is the operating system for people in the age of AI? AI is strongest in analysing information, identifying patterns automate processes, and accelerate idea generations.

Even so, technology alone does not create a high-performance organization. There's still the need for people who can think independently, challenge assumptions, collaborate, innovate, exercise sound judgment and take ownership for results.
