• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin.

• Manage and streamline operational processes and feedback to management to enhance efficiency.
• Assist in customer service, providing timely updates and support to clients.
• Maintain accurate records of applications, documentation, and compliance reports.
• Work closely with management to implement strategic operational improvements.
• Handle administrative duties, procurement, and vendor management.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
• Support financial budgeting and resource allocation.
