Cadangan:
Jika freelancer tak bagi invoice(individu),

1) prepare payment voucher
Maklumat PV yg perlu ada ialah:
-nama freelancer
-i/c atau passport number
-service apa dia bagi
-signature dia

2) If possible, bayar by bank dan simpan slip payment

3)If possible, prepare supporting doc, mcm picture kerja dia, atau job sheet, etc

Tips:
Mr. A purchase a laptop RM3,500 for his usage in year 2020, he can claim 100% tax relief (RM1,500 under lifestyle relief, RM2,000 under special relief), if the laptop was purchase between 1/6/2020 to 31/12/2020.

If Co.A give cash to its suppliers or debtors for their annual dinner, the amount of cash is not allowed as tax deduction unless if Co.A get advertisement benefit from debtors/creditors.

CAN I CONVERT ENTERPRISE TO SDN BHD?

Enterprise owner cannot convert enterprise to Sdn Bhd. This is because Sdn Bhd and Enterprise are having different rules and requirement. Sdn Bhd is govern by Company Act 2016 vs Enterprise is govern by Registration of Business Act 1956.

What Enterprise owner need to do is to close the enterprise and open new Sdn Bhd. There is no such thing as "convert enterprise to Sdn Bhd"
