AI is coming to life!

As part of the Penang STEM team, excited to support AI Horizon 2026 happening tomorrow at PWCC.

If you’re around Penang, come check it out! You’ll get to see AI-powered robots, including humanoid robots and robot dogs, live in action plus hear from industry players and explore what’s happening next in AI and robotics.

EdUnite Penang, in collaboration with IET UNITEN On Campus and the Mobile Robotics Club of Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN), successfully organised the Penang Future Engineers Immersion Programme 2026, benefiting 150 students from SMK (L) Methodist, Penang.

The programme was officially launched by YB Tuan Jagdeep Singh Deo, Deputy Chief Minister II of Penang and EXCO for Human Capital Development, Science & Technology.

The programme was made possible through the dedication and commitment of EdUnite Penang, UNITEN academic leaders, 40 UNITEN student facilitators, and the strong support of SMK (L) Methodist, Penang.

The closing ceremony was officiated by YBhg. Dato’ Richard Chung, Chief Executive Officer of Penang STEM 4.0.

We are truly proud to be associated with this meaningful project, which plays an important role in inspiring and nurturing the next generation of engineering talents. Through programmes like this, we hope to ignite students' passion for Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM), while empowering them to become knowledgeable, innovative and future-ready engineers who will contribute to the nation's development.

Together, we bridge educational gaps and build a brighter future. ✨

Advancing the Spirit of Rizal Through Education & Cultural Diplomacy

A meaningful milestone for the Knights of Rizal Malaysia Chapter as they celebrated their 2nd Investiture Ceremony on 22 August 2026 at OWWA Kuala Lumpur, with the presence and support of the Philippine Embassy in Malaysia.

The occasion was honoured by Her Excellency Maria Angela Ponce, Ambassador of the Republic of the Philippines to Malaysia, alongside distinguished leaders from Malaysia’s political, business, professional and diplomatic communities.

Adding greater meaning to this milestone, the Knights of Rizal Malaysia Chapter presented a RM10,000 sponsorship to Penang STEM to recognise 25 Most Outstanding Students from the Technical Skill Learning (TSL) Pilot Programme for Upper Secondary students.

This contribution celebrates the achievements of young learners and supports the shared commitment towards education, skills development, youth empowerment and stronger Malaysia–Philippines friendship.

Congratulations to all the newly conferred Knights, and thank you to the Knights of Rizal Malaysia Chapter for investing in the future of our students.
