Facilitators play a vital part in the success of any training programs. Their roles as support in team buildings or classroom trainings set the tone in how thw program ends well or not.
Getting good facis automatically is never going to happen. Just like trainers they need to take a journey and learn the knowledge, skills and Attitude needed to be a good facilitator to trainers.
So Awesome Tribes is doing our part in grooming good facilitators and hence this 1 day program to start them on their way.
Also a good refresher for those already in that role!!
