Pan Syokunin is a premium, Japanese-imported high-protein bread flour produced by Taiyo Flour Milling Co., Ltd. (Fukuoka) designed for soft, chewy bread like Shokupan. It has ~12.2% protein and ~0.39% ash, offering excellent stability, water absorption, and a rich wheat aroma. It is Halal-certified and ideal for soft loaves.

Key Features & Details:
Best For: Japanese-style milk bread (Shokupan), artisan bread, and sweet buns.
Protein/Quality: 12.2% protein (high-gluten) with very stable quality across seasons.
Texture: Delivers high volume, high moisture retention, and a very soft, airy, and chewy texture.
Origin: Japan (Taiyo Seifun).
