Dassai Blue Type 23 is a flagship Junmai Daiginjo sake brewed using Yamada Nishiki rice polished down to 23%, highlighting local Hudson Valley water. It is brewed at the Dassai Blue Sake Brewery located at 5 St Andrews Rd, Hyde Park, New York.

Aromas & Notes: Anise, pear, marshmallow, lemon chiffon, honeysuckle, stone fruit, and minerality.

Serving Temperature: Best served chilled at 41°F (5°C) or up to 54°F (12℃) in a wide-mouthed wine glass.

Pairings: Versatile; pairs with fish, meat, vegetables, cheese, caviar, and snacks.

The 2026 limited-edition Bruichladdich 14-Year-Old "Yellow Submarine" (celebrating the distillery's 25th anniversary)

The 2026 re-release is matured in a combination of bourbon barrels and French red wine casks at 54.2% ABV.

Bruichladdich has released four distinct "Yellow Submarine" (or "Whisky of Mass Distinction") bottlings since the early 2000s:

The Yellow Submarine Bottlings
* 2005 Original: The first "Yellow Submarine," a 14-year-old single malt.

* 2018 Second Release: A 25-year-old release titled Yellow Submarine II

* 2026 Third Release: Yellow Submarine III, a 14-year-old limited-edition unpeated single malt released for the distillery's 25th anniversary.

* 2026 Fourth Release: Yellow Submarine [Reclassified], also known as WMD IV, which was released later in the 25th-anniversary celebrations.
