Finally, a bit of downtime after what felt like weeks ,maybe months of relentless work.
Over the past few months, we pushed ourselves in many directions. The goal was always to grow, to expand, to move forward. Along the way, some things worked, and some didn’t.
We extended our operations to 7 days a week.
We showed up at as many coffee events as we could.
We stepped into competitions to challenge ourselves.
Some of these efforts brought results. We saw growth, we gained experience, we learned. But at the same time, it became clear that we were moving faster than we were ready for.
Not everything was in place.
Not everything was as solid as it needed to be.
And that’s on us.
This pause has given me time to reflect on what Blank is really about.
Blank was never just about doing more.
It was built to be a community-forward coffee company. A space for people, for conversations, for connection.
That doesn’t change.
So for now, we’re choosing to slow down and focus on building a stronger foundation. Some things matter, but they don’t have to happen all at once.
You might not see immediate changes from us, but this is part of the process.
When we’re ready, we’ll take bigger steps, and we’ll do it right
