In its humble beginning, Regatta specializes in the recruitment of local and foreign workers (Asia). Recently, with the aim to provide a more holistic approach in worker management services, the company has embarked on a new chapter in the hostel management and transporta

Recruitment for local and foreign worker
Local workers
Local worker are recruited from all parts of Malaysia. A variety of sources are used, including advertisement, banners, leaflets, industry contacts, local agents and our own database. Advertisements are also placed in district manpower offices and other related locations. This is followed by interviews arranged in public halls throughout the state with client’s Human Resource Personnel to interview and shortlist the candidates. Foreign workers
The client has to submit their request with specified details about the position and their requirements. Hostel Management
Local workers
House with basic necessities are set for the locals (from different states). An atmosphere of living in your own home is set for these workers. Foreign Workers
Hostel with basic necessities are set for foreign workers. The basic facilities provided include:

A living area is set in each hostel with sofas and television to create a more comfortable living environment. In addition, kitchen for personal cooking and clothes drying spot is also set to provide convenience to the workers. The hostels are strategically located with facilities such as grocery shops, food stalls, market and other facilities at walking distance. Additional services such as currency changing (Licensed money changer), money transfer (Western Union) and reloads (all telecommunication lines) are brought in to the hostel at pre-arranged timing to aid the foreign workers. The workers are required to abide by the rules and regulations set by the client and Regatta. Wardens are required to monitor and ensure that high discipline is upheld amongst the workers at all time. Wardens and security guards are positioned 24-7 to ensure the safety and security of the workers. Transportation Services
Transportation (by bus or van) is arranged for both the local and foreign workers to transport them from their respective homes or hostels to their working premise. The transport service is scheduled based on the client’s working hours or shifts. The transport service includes visits to the clinics, banks and others. Facilities
