Successfully conducted Food Handler & Food Safety Culture Training at Mutiara Taman Negara Resort, Jerantut Pahang from 14–16 May 2026.
This training involved restaurant and food handling employees of the resort, focusing on strengthening knowledge and awareness of proper food safety practices in daily operations.
The sessions covered:
✔️ Proper food selection
✔️ Safe food storage practices
✔️ Hygienic food preparation
✔️ Correct food serving procedures
✔️ Building a strong Food Safety Culture in the workplace
The objective of this training was not only to enhance compliance, but also to cultivate food safety as a daily working culture among employees. By improving understanding and awareness, we hope to encourage consistent safe food handling practices and reinforce the importance of food safety in protecting consumer health.
