🚨 APA PERKARA YANG PALING GUARD TAK S**A BILA BERTUGAS?

Kerja pengawal keselamatan bukan sentiasa mudah.

Kadang-kadang bukan kerja menjaga keselamatan yang menjadi masalah… tetapi perkara-perkara kecil yang berlaku sepanjang shift yang boleh buat seorang guard naik darah. 😂

Contohnya:

😤 Visitor tak mahu ikut SOP
🌧️ Hujan masa nak buat rondaan
☀️ Panas terik masa berdiri di gate
😴 Mengantuk masa shift malam
📞 Kena call berkali-kali ketika sedang buat rondaan
🚗 Orang masuk keluar tapi tak mahu ikut prosedur
🗣️ Kena marah walaupun kita cuma menjalankan tugas
⏰ Shift habis tapi pengganti belum sampai

Dan mungkin ada lagi yang hanya seorang guard faham. 😅

Ada yang pernah berdepan dengan penceroboh. 🚨

Ramai yang melihat pengawal keselamatan hanya sebagai individu yang menjaga pintu masuk atau duduk di pondok kawalan.
Namun hakikatnya, tugas seorang pengawal keselamatan jauh lebih besar daripada itu.
Antara tanggungjawab utama seorang pengawal keselamatan ialah:

✅ Memastikan keselamatan pekerja, pelawat dan premis sentiasa terjamin.

The visit of His Holiness attracted devotees and visitors from various locations, making security planning, crowd management, route coordination, and safe movement essential components of the operation.
