🌍✨ A Successful Textile Waste Collection Movement at PERTUBUHAN KEBAJIKAN DAN PENJAGAAN KANAK-KANAK KURANG UPAYA NEGERI JOHOR! ✨🌍

We are excited to share the success of a textile waste collection movement organized by 15 dedicated Bachelor of Business students from Victoria University, Melbourne (Sunway College JB Campus), led by their passionate leader, Seng. Their commitment to sustainability has resulted in diverting 1117 kg of textile waste from landfills! 💪♻️

This impactful initiative has not only helped reduce environmental waste but has also provided valuable support to the children in need at PERTUBUHAN KEBAJIKAN DAN PENJAGAAN KANAK-KANAK KURANG UPAYA NEGERI JOHOR. 💚

A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Yahya for his long-standing contributions and unwavering dedication to the hard work and well-being of these kids. Your consistent efforts are deeply appreciated by all. 🙏🏼

We're thrilled to announce a successful collaboration with Persatuan Muslimah Prihatin Pengerang Kota Tinggi that took place on the 26th of February. Together, we embarked on a textile collection and recycling mission that resulted in a staggering 2,596.5kg of textiles being diverted from landfills! 🎉

A massive shoutout to Persatuan Muslimah Prihatin Pengerang for their dedication and hard work. Collaborating with you was an absolute pleasure, and we are deeply grateful for your commitment to making a difference. Your efforts have significantly contributed to a more sustainable future. 🌏💚

We also want to extend our heartfelt thanks to SWCorp Malaysia for their continuous support in our recycling endeavors. Together, we are making strides towards a cleaner, greener Malaysia.

Here at Second Cloth Matter, we’re excited to highlight our recent collaboration with
Probase Manufacturing Sdn Bhd! Established in 1999, Probase Manufacturing has become a leading name in road construction through groundbreaking R&D. Their commitment to CSR and ESG has made significant strides in community connection and economic growth, helping to eradicate poverty. Probase’s work extends globally, solidifying Malaysia’s reputation on the world stage.

In a fantastic exchange of ideas to advance recycling, together we’ve made a remarkable impact. We managed to keep 350KG of textile waste out of landfills and inspired over 100 individuals to join the recycling crusade on the 19th of January 2024. This was not just a meeting of minds but a powerful demonstration of what we can accomplish in unison for our Earth.
