顾客有一台iMac 2014年份的with OS 10.10.5 和一台 Mac Mini with OS 10.8.6 ，很多软件没办法用，上网很多网站也去不到，电脑还可以操作，丢的话又很可惜。顾客带着电脑来问，有什么方法能帮他解决这个问题，好让电脑能继续使用。 for iMac我先尝试看能帮顾客upgrade到OS 11.7.10，顺便可以测试看现有的hard disk能support到它的功能吗？最后成功upgrade到OS 11，测试后，觉得performance会有点慢，最后建议顾客换PCIe 型的hard disk，把资料migrrate去新hard disk，然后再帮顾客把OS upgrade去到 OS 13.7.8，使得电脑能用更新的软件和上网没问题。帮顾客解决了iMac的问题🤗 至于Mac Mini，我建议顾客upgrade hard disk去SSD，memory也upgrade去8GB（因为原本只是2GB而已），之后帮顾客upgrade Mac Mini的OS从10.8.6 到 OS 10.13.6 to make sure 电脑没有太大问题，之后再帮他upgrade 到 OS 12.7.4,现在顾客能用新的software和上网没问题了。帮顾客解决了两台电脑的问题，so顾客不需要丢弃电脑，可以继续使用🤗🤗
