We formulate and develop our own complete and strict “RELX Standard” to ensure that our products are of the best quality. Even in places around the world where product quality is not compulsory or regulated, our high standard of quality does not yield. Our products are tested, retested and tested again to ensure they meet or exceed internationally accepted standards and quality checks. For all of
RELX’s flavor pods, they must meet 3 sensory indicators, 7 physical and chemical stability indicators, 22 impurity and pollutant limit requirements, and the purity requirements for glycerin and propylene glycol. We use all these requirements to ensure we utilise only the best e-liquid for the best experience, made possible only with thorough testing. Also, we safeguard our production process with gatekeepers to guarantee quality at every stage. For the manufacture of pods, RELX is proud to have established an independent quality control team, and every year we utilise at least 2 million pods for a wide variety of sampling tests. All of RELX’s devices are built to meet the highest standards as well. Our devices must pass 18 compulsory quality checks before leaving the manufacturer and each device must undergo electrical, chemical and physical reliability tests. Additionally, each device must meet RELX’s strict requirements for product quality in a variety of simulations with extreme environments and usage conditions. As for our factories, RELX’s factories have received the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) certification, which is a set of international certifications applicable to the pharmaceutical and food industries. This provides another level of assurance to consumers, proving RELX’s commitment to ensuring quality and sound production equipment, as well as reasonable production processes. If we are going to produce excellent quality and reliability in our devices, then our designers and manufacturing teams must work hand-in-hand. As an example, when our teams designed and created the RELX Infinity, it was perfected through no less than 59 design experiments and endured testing on over 12,000 pods to ensure the leak-resistance and quality standards. RELX designers submitted patent applications for over 53 innovations used in this device, including its leak-resistant design, the technology behind RELX Pods Pro and the wireless charging case. The e-liquid we use in our pods is also innovative and one-of-a-kind. With just a few ingredients, we can deliver a satisfying vaping experience. And for each e-liquid flavor we develop, there are months of research in the accompanying markets with hours of adjustment to the flavor recipe.
