Familiar with Lazada, Shopee, or others e-commerce platforms.
- Marketing and selling products through physical store and e-commerce platforms / social media.
- Update online stores / social media and manage website content, such as products, promotions, campaigns and advertising.
- Manage all E-Commerce activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and reporting.
- Monitoring and optimizing daily sales and product availability, ensure product information such as description, pricing, inventory is up-to-date and accurate.
- Maintain high chat response rate, optimizing the customer experience to ensure the day-to-day effectiveness of web and apps content display.
- Handling customer queries and complains.
- Analyze various data in order to deliver data driven strategies in order to deliver top performance and achieve KPIs.
- Implement e-commerce strategy to improve website and apps performance and meet the e-commerce revenue target.
- Conduct product research and competitive analysis to identify the latest trends and determine viability and marketability of any given product.
