Production Engineering

Job Description
- Report to Factory Manager.
- Leading the morning briefing before the operation started at 7.00 A.M.
- Make monthly and daily production plan.
- Ensure 'machine capacity study' for each month is checked before certified by the Operations Manager.
- Monitor the achievement of Key Performance Index (KPI) on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Ensure that FG stock in Logistics is in a controlled condition, which is a minimum of 1.5 days to 5 days.
- Lead in activities to reduce costs and increase productivity through kaizen applied to all employees.
- Comply with and implement all instructions and work methods that have been set out in the manual that is to achieve high productivity through excellent production or manufacturing practices and ensure at all times including the cost of production, proper planning and delivery.
- Ensure quality products are produced to customers.
- Ensure the ISO 13485:2016 Quality System is implemented, followed and maintained in production.
- Supervise and ensure subordinate staff implement and follow 5S practices as prescribed.
- Prepare KPI, KAIZEN, 4M and etc. reports for weekly meetings lead by the Operations Manager.
- Ensure that the machine operates according to the planning and preventive maintenance that has been set and take appropriate action if there are any problems.
- Conduct internal training to improve the operations and performance of subordinate staff
- Ensure S.O.P, TPM, OE and standard Parameters are displayed on the Production Board before production starts.

Job Requirement :
- Degree/diploma in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
- 1-2 years experience (fresh graduate encourage to apply)
- Required languages: Mandarin (need to due with China Supplier), Malay, *English (*additional advantage).

生产工程师

工作内容：
- 隶属工廠經理。
- 在早上 7 點主持早間簡報會。
- 制定每月和每日生產計劃。
- 確保在運營經理認證之前檢查每個月的“機器容量研究”。
- 每天、每周和每月監控關鍵績效指標 (KPI) 的實現情況。
- 確保物流中的 FG 庫存處於受控狀態，至少為 1.5 天至 5 天。
- 通過適用於所有員工的改善來領導降低成本和提高生產力的活動。
- 遵守並實施手冊中規定的所有說明和工作方法，通過出色的生產或製造實踐實現高生產率，並始終確保包括生產成本、適當的計劃和交付。
- 確保為客戶生產優質產品。
- 確保在生產中實施、遵循和維護 ISO 13485:2016 質量體系。
- 監督並確保下屬員工按照規定實施和遵循5S實踐。
- 為運營經理領導的每週會議準備 KPI、KAIZEN、4M 等報告。
- 確保機器按照已設定的計劃和預防性維護運行，並在出現任何問題時採取適當的措施。
- 進行內部培訓，以改善下屬員工的運作和績效。
- 確保在生產開始前在生產板上顯示 S.O.P、TPM、OE 和標準參數。

基本需求：
- 機械工程或同等學歷/文憑。
- 1-2年工作經驗（應屆畢業生鼓勵申請）。
- 所需语言：普通话 (需要和中国供应厂商接洽)、马来语、*英语（*附加优势）。

仓库管理员

工作内容：
- 负责协助经理/HOD监督日常仓库操作，包括所有入库和出库活动，以及文件。
- 与运输部协调运输安排。
- 监控系统中的库存准确性与实际库存。
- 负责仓库部门有效的 5S 实践和安全政策。
- 负责准备每周/每月向经理/HOD的报告。

基本需求：
- 至少2年物流/仓储职能、制造业或相关工作经验。
- 高中以上学历。
- 所需语言：普通话、马来语、*英语（*附加优势）。
- 熟练使用 Microsoft Office (Excel & Word) 以进行报告和演示。
- 愿意在必要时加班，公司会给予加班费用。

Storekeeper

Main Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for assisting the Manager/HOD in overseeing daily warehouse operations, including all inbound and outbound activities, and documentation.
- Coordinate shipping arrangements with Logistic Department.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and actual inventory in the system.
- Responsible for effective 5S practices and safety policies in the warehouse department.
- Responsible for preparing weekly/monthly reports to manager/HOD.

Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years of work experience in logistics/warehousing functions, manufacturing industry or related work.
- Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level in any field.
- Required languages: Mandarin, Malay, *English (*additional advantage).
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office for report and presentation.
- Willingness to work overtime when necessary, overtime working hours will be paid by company.
