Business Evolution? (Part 2)

As I mention in Part 1, we are currently in the 2nd year of the New Era stages between 2020 - 2025, and many SMEs are not yet ready to adopt digitalization, innovation and technology advancement in their business. Most of them think that digitalization, innovation and technology advancement are too difficult, too expensive and too advance for their business.

But are SMEs prepare to face the new stages of The Complete Cycle (2025- 2030) in these 4 years?

World-class global enterprises dominate manufacturing, but tech-savvy small businesses dominate distribution in local markets. By Leveraging technology, the risk of inventory obsolescence is eliminated. Fast delivery is enabled from the ecosystem's multiple distribution facilities, with visibility assured from the Platform Data Hub. Customer choice is unlimited and manufacturers' commitment to the Platform Hubs is unavoidable to ensure their products have the opportunity for resale. (Apollo,2021)

The balance of power in the business relationships has been transferred to consumers and resellers and behemoth retailers are eliminated from the value-chain.

What SMEs need to do?

Business Evolution? (Part 1)

A few people asking me why I'm using the business evolution consultant/coach Classification. Is it exist? The answer is yes. The business evolution consultant/coach's responsibility is to educate and assist start-ups and SMEs regarding the business evolution stages and guide them on how to transform their business through the adaption of the elements of evolution in their business.

For example, now we in stages between the year of 2020-2025 which a new era stages that focus on the transformation of market virtual Intelligence and technology advancement. There are also many research regarding the Business Model Evolution that link to the Business Evolution done by the overseas university.

Not all SME entrepreneurs understand what current economic and business evolution situation that happened during this Covid19 Pandemic which is one of the beginning points of the market virtual Intelligence.
