📢𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐊𝐄𝐒𝐎 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐲: 𝐒𝐎𝐂𝐒𝐎 𝐔𝐩𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝟐𝟒-𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐂𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐞
从 2026 年 6 月起，PERKESO 将调整员工的 SOCSO 缴纳率，而雇主缴纳率保持不变。增加的缴纳额将由员工全额承担。

✅ 目前员工缴纳率：0.50%
✅ 2026 - 2027 年：员工总缴纳率调整至 1.25%
✅ 2028 - 2030 年：员工总缴纳率调整至 1.50%
✅ 2031 年起：员工总缴纳率调整至 1.75%

HR 团队与雇主应提前通知员工，因为 SOCSO 扣款增加可能会导致员工实收薪资减少。

企业也应及时更新 Payroll 薪资系统，确保薪资计算、SOCSO 扣款及报表符合新的缴纳率要求。

📢 𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐊𝐄𝐒𝐎 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐲
𝐒𝐎𝐂𝐒𝐎 𝐔𝐩𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝟐𝟒-𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐂𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐞

Starting June 2026, PERKESO will adjust the employee SOCSO contribution rate, while the employer contribution rate remains unchanged. The additional contribution will be fully borne by employees.

✅ Current employee contribution rate: 0.50%
✅ 2026 - 2027: Total employee contribution rate becomes 1.25%
✅ 2028 - 2030: Total employee contribution rate becomes 1.50%
✅ From 2031 onwards: Total employee contribution rate becomes 1.75%

HR teams and employers should notify employees in advance, as the increase in SOCSO deductions may result in lower take-home pay.

Businesses should also update their Payroll system to ensure salary calculations, SOCSO deductions, and reports are accurate according to the new contribution rates.
