Actually sexercise at home with your partner is more economical and safer too as you comply with SOP as well.
When you exercise alone by running outside you need running shoes, socks, shorts, shirt, cap and carry a backpack with your mobile, drinking bottle and maybe umbrella and need quite some time and sweat to run half a marathon
When you sexercise with your partner at home at a cozy place you don’t need at this clothes and gear and can put all your things aside the bed or wherever is cozy for both of you. Making love consumes same energy as running half a marathon and instead of carrying a backpack you can carry her to the cozy place as warming up.
So doctor, tell me what is more economical, safer and fun to do? Exercise or sexercise?
Doctor replies: Ok Najib, I agree it is safer under Covid, cheaper than exercising and for sure more fun too. I will ask my patients next time if they still frequently exercise or sexercise. But please next time don’t ask my nurses to start a company sexercise program as maternal leave will kill our work force and I end up paying for all this
