致各位亲爱的mm们:
-我们全部相册都有显示我们的尺码表&产品资料明细(例如产品功用,颜色及价钱等等),请在下单前参考我们的尺码表/商品明细之后再决定您适合的尺码&产品(服饰尺码统一都是根据厘米CM测量)我们也建议顾客先测量自身的尺码后再询问我们的客服人员,以挑选到适合您尺码的服饰。
【We already provided measurement chart and details inside our albums , for example color and price. Please consider and decide the size and colors that you want to order (in cm). If any problem, dear can ask for customer services.】
-顾客付款后,一定必须要发送收据给我们,收据必须明确的看到,汇款数额,汇款日期时间,公司名字,银行账号,银行信息证明一概不接受❗
【After payment, picture for receipt is a must for our company. The receipt need to show clearly the amount paid, date, company name and account. Message or text is not accetptable.】
-由于我们的Wechat & Whatsapp客服和Facebook客服是由不同的客服人员负责,所以在Facebook下单的mm们有任何疑问请询问Facebook客服人员,而在Wechat/Whatsapp下单的mm们请询问Wechat/Whatsapp的客服人员(备注:有时信息多,所以会迟回复您~请您耐心等待我们的客服人员回复)

-我们Wechat & Whatsapp的信息会比较慢回复,如有任何紧急事情,可联系我们Facebook查询,所有Facebook信息将会优先于Wechat Whatsapp回复。

-预购商品由于订单数量很多,发货前我们都会经由包装人员检查。如有小瑕疵;例如 #可清洗的污渍 #服饰脱线 等等的可接受情况,我们一律都是不接受退款处理的❌
【Due to bulk order for each preorder batch, we will also check the products before posting, however if there is any little flaw we are not responsible and not refundable.】
-下单浅色或者白色衣服有时候会有点小污迹或者布质比较薄是难免的,亲们在下单白色或者浅色衣服前要注意哦❗❗
【For those clothes with light or white color, it might be have some stains or flimsy, please be aware as we are not refundable.】
-订单付款后,除非是我们的商品出现 #缺货 或者出现 #缺陷 等等的情况,否则我们一律都是不接受退款处理的。
【Unless the products are out of stock or defect, otherwise we are not unchangeable or refund for other reasons.】
-订单下订后,商品如有 #不合身 #不合用 是不能更换/退换其他尺码或者其他商品的。
【Please refer our measurement chart provided. If unfit we are not unchangeable as measurement alredy provided.】
-我们公司不接受急单,如有急单顾客跟我们下单后,以紧急需要来要求退款,我们一律都是不接受退款处理的。
【Urgent order should be cautions. If after payment, we are not refundable for any urgent orders.】
-如果顾客汇款的数额是多过于所下订的订单数额,多余的余额会自动被保留到下一次的订单来扣除,我们公司保留保存余额的权利。
【The balance that customers paid for will be left for next purchase. Our firm reserve the rights.】
-如果顾客的商品出现商品缺货等等的情况,可是所剩下的余额不超过RM50,我们是会直接保留到下一次的订单来扣除的,而不会以退款处理,不管顾客下一次有没有选择继续购买,可是所汇款的余额都会自动被保留的,只有RM50以上的数额,顾客才能选择直接以退款的方式退还余额,否则都是一律保留余额处理,我们公司保留保存余额和安排退款的权利。
【If products ordered out of stock or other reason, the balance for the products which is not exceed RM50 will be keep for next purchase and not refundable. If exceeds RM50 can request for refund. We reserve the right to keep the balance.】
-如有出现退款处理需求,我们公司会介于10-14天的工作日里面或更多的时间里面进行商品退款,退款之后,我们的客服人员会发收据给您,我们公司保留退款处理时间的权利。
【For refund request, it takes 10-14 or more working days to proceed. After refund, our staff will send you the receipt. We reserve the right for this.】
-每件包裹在寄出之后的一星期工作日时间里面,我们客服人员会给予顾客包裹的邮寄单号(Tracking Number),如在我们有提供包裹邮寄单号的情况之下,顾客没有签收包裹,然后包裹被退回来我们公司,而顾客又没有向我们Claim回包裹,我们公司最多只保留一个月,一个月之后我们公司会进行无条件销毁或拆除包裹,我们公司保留无条件销毁和拆除包裹的权利。
【We will send you the tracking no within 1 weeks once we posted. If dear didnt sign for the parcel in case we already provided with tracking no, and the parcel posted back to us, we will keep for ONLY one month and we will destroy or resell it again if customers didnt claim back the parcels. We reserve the right for this.】
-如果在我们客服人员有给予包裹的邮寄单号(Tracking Number),而顾客没有签收到包裹,包裹被退回来我们公司,我们公司保留向顾客重新征收邮费以安排重新寄出包裹的权利。
【If customers didnt sign for the parcel in case we already provided the tracking no, our company will request for postage payment for second time posting.】
-如果包裹在邮寄公司寄送途中遗失了,我们公司可是做的是帮顾客向邮寄公司开个包裹遗失的Report,可是关于包裹遗失索赔方面,则不是在我们公司的范围,顾客需要亲身到临近的邮局进行索赔事项,商品索赔最高限额是到RM100而已。
【If the parcel is missing in transit, we only responsible for reporting to delivery compnany, however, compensation part out of our control, customers need to request for compensation at delivery company. The highest compensation rate is up to RM100 only.】
-预购Pre Order商品将会在我们每星期六结单后的 #大约 两至三星期工作日(工作日是不包括周末, 公共假日,特别假日)抵达我们仓库(预计收货时间只供参考),如有出现货物运输时间延迟,商品突然缺货则不在我们公司所能控制的范围之内,也并不相当于我们的工作日计算天数,我们公司保留权利在对于货物延误和商品突然缺货的情况下单方面通知的权利。
#延误发货和商品缺货并不代表我们是骗子 #请顾客明白和体谅这一点
【Preorder will be closed batch on every Saturday and it takes 2-3 weeks working days to proceed, exclude weekend,special holidays and public holidays(The estimated receiving order period only for reference). If any delays, it is out of our control and will be excluded to be counted as working days. We reserve the rights for this. Delay for products not represent that we are liar, please understand the situation.】
-由于我们商品是从中国&泰国进口的,所以部分的中国&泰国假日是会被计算在二至三星期工作日里面的,而每年的年底大约介于8 – 12 月份时间会是很多年假,长假的日子,所以年底货物的延误情况会是最严重的。 #请顾客明白这一点
【Our products from China and Thailand, mostly will take 2-3 weeks working days, however starting from October-December there is a lot of Public Holidays in Malaysia, and every year within these few months, delay cases are most serious, please understand the situation.】
-由于预购订单有时会出现延误情况,所以如有顾客不接受厂家来错颜色,不接受替换商品,可是在我们还没进行退款之前,我们找到原本顾客下订的商品,我们公司保留取消退款和补寄的权利。
【PRE ORDER sometimes will occur the delay posted situation,If supplier come the item with wrong color or customer not accept to replace other item and request for REFUND,If before process refund,we found the customer origin ordered product,our company reserved the right to cancel refund and repost】
-顾客在签收包裹后如有发现任何损坏等等的情况,需要在48小时里面拍照及通知我们,如在收到包裹后的48小时里面没信息和通知我们,超过48小时即不受理
【After received the parcel, any defect products must be feedback within 48 hours by taking picture or inform our staff. Problem will not be handled after 48 hours.】
-下单付款后就代表同意我们以上所有的条款规则,即代表也不能以”没看到”’,“没注意”,“不知道”为借口来反驳
