Job Description:
- Handle inbound calls and emails relating enquiries and complain.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries and provide useful and accurate information to customers
- Keeping records of customer interactions, comments and complaints.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints via phone, email, and etc to provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Requirement
- At Lease SPM Qualification (with certificate)
- Willing to work on rotational shift
- Able to speak fluent in English and Bahasa
- Able to start work on 8 Feb 2021

2、根据概念设定,把握整体风格的前提下进行3D场景建模
3、负责3D模型制作、镜头布景、灯光布置、渲染出图

任职要求:
1、美术相关专业、熟练运用Maya,Max,Vray,Arnold ,Nuke,PS等
2、出色的造型和构图能力,对灯光材质有较深理解与研究,善于通过渲染表现不同的画面风格及人物性格特征
3、对模型及材质有深刻的认识,具有准确表现材质质感的能力,能独立完成高模及贴图的制作

*Host the live shows and cooperate with the filming
*Work with the live team to brainstorm different show ideas/segments/ways to promote the new launches
*Drive show timeline and daily show cadence
