🔘 Strong math, typing, and computer skills, especially with accounting software
🔘 Good communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
🔘 High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability

Responsibilities :
1. Attend to all service requests such as changing faulty lightings, ceiling boards, painting and other repair works in the premises
2. To ensure that all maintenance matters are immediately attended to when required.
3. To attend any breakdown on electrical, aircon, plumbing, BAS and any related to building services operations.
Requirements:
1. Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology, or a relevant field is preferred.
2. A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
3. Advanced understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.
4. Effective problem-solving abilities.
5. Must possess GDL license.
