Today I have successfully acquired the supporting letter from MIDA. The Employment Pass has been granted for a duration of 48 months, marking a significant achievement in my Expatriate Pass career. Notably, this company did not possess a MIDA license, necessitating the application for the ML from the ground up, both for the company and for the individual supporting letter. With this milestone achieved, I am now able to move forward with the IRDA process.

Foreigners may perceive this role as straightforward when engaging in negotiations with me; however, only those who have experienced this process firsthand truly understand the complexities and diligence it requires.

The Manufacturing License (Lesen Pengilang) application has ultimately received its approval from the Malaysian Investment Development Authority - MIDA. I was notified by my client, which brought me considerable joy. Despite the tedious nature of this application process, we have successfully attained our objective.
