Many people ask me this:
Why is your starter package not the cheapest, when it looks almost the same?

I usually just open the cabinet and show them the inside.
Because the real difference is always inside the cabinet, not outside.

Like photo 2 — this is a very common old plywood method used in lower price packages.
They use normal plywood, and the non-visible surfaces are not laminated or finished.

Short term, it looks completely fine.
But over time, problems start to appear:

Raw surface absorbs moisture
Easier to expand and warp
Humid environment → mould risk
Board ages faster internally
Structure becomes weaker

Most of these plywood boards are also:

E1 / E2 grade
Higher glue content
Lower moisture resistance
No termite-resistant structure
Exposed cut edges without protection

And another thing many people notice immediately — strong smell after installation.

Many traditional cabinets, once installed,
you open the door and the smell is very strong.

That smell mainly comes from glue emissions, especially when:

Raw plywood is exposed
No surface laminate
No edge sealing
Cut edges left open

That’s why the smell is heavier and takes longer to disappear.

Now look at photo 1 — this is what we use even for our starter package:

✔ Double-sided board (both sides protected)
✔ Full edge sealing (external applied, fully sealed structure to reduce moisture & odor)
✔ All cut edges completely sealed

This helps:

Reduce moisture pe*******on
Improve durability
Reduce board deformation
Minimize odor release
Cleaner internal finishing
Longer lifespan

So when customers see our cabinets installed,
most of the time they will notice — almost no smell, even when opening the doors.

Photo 3 shows another common traditional method:

Back panel jointed
Screws assembly
Multiple holes structure

Over time, these may loosen and shift.

We use:

These days, many homeowners are being more careful with renovation budgets.

This kitchen is a good example of a practical and smart approach.

The space is divided into a wet kitchen and an outer working area.

For the wet kitchen (green area), we built a fully aluminium cabinet system:

✔ Aluminium cabinet structure
✔ Aluminium cabinet doors

Wet kitchens usually have more water, humidity, and heavy cooking, so aluminium cabinets are a great solution because they are:

• Water resistant
• Anti-mould
• Won’t warp over time

For the outer kitchen area, the homeowner chose a more budget-friendly combination:

✔ Aluminium cabinet structure (for durability)
✔ Wood cabinet doors (for better aesthetics and cost control)

Some people worry that using different materials might look strange.

But with proper design, we carefully match colors, proportions and lines so the material difference is barely noticeable, keeping the kitchen looking clean and consistent.

Another practical decision was not installing upper cabinets for now.

In reality, the parts that wear out the fastest in a kitchen are usually the base cabinets, especially around:

• Sink areas
• Moist environments
• Countertop load

So the homeowner decided to invest in a durable base cabinet system first.

Even though upper cabinets are not installed yet, we still plan the entire space and electrical layout in advance.

This means that when the budget allows in the future, upper cabinets can be added easily without any renovation changes.

A wardrobe design that fully utilizes the corner space.

Many wardrobes waste the corner area.

Either it becomes a very deep cabinet that’s difficult to access,
or the corner is simply closed off and unused.

For this project, we designed an L-shaped corner wardrobe to make the space fully functional.

Inside the corner section, we created:

• Open corner storage
• Layered shelving for better organization
• Built-in ambient lighting
• Integrated cabinet structure

This allows the corner to be used for items like bags, accessories, or frequently used belongings, making everything easier to reach.

Many people may not realize that corner cabinet designs often come with additional charges from many suppliers because the structure is more complex to build.

For our system cabinets, however, this corner solution does not come with extra charges.

Because we believe proper space planning should already be part of the design.

Another common concern when doing custom cabinetry is pricing.

Some quotations may look very attractive at first, but later additional costs are added for things such as:

• lighting
• internal structure
• corner design
• extra fittings

In the end, the final price can be very different from the initial quote.

For this project, we created a rotating TV cabinet that allows the television to face both sides.

rotate it, and the dining area can enjoy it too.

Many people ask us the same question:

If the TV rotates, what happens to the cables?

The real challenge isn’t the rotation itself —
it's the engineering behind the structure and cable management.

This project uses a PD folding door system to create a flexible kitchen space.

When cooking → close the doors
Smoke and grease stay inside the kitchen.

When not cooking → fold everything open
The kitchen instantly becomes an open concept space with a bar counter.

The slim black aluminium frame combined with clear glass keeps the space bright and visually bigger.

It’s a perfect balance between:

The half-height counter also works as a breakfast bar or coffee corner, making the space more functional for daily living.
