Corporate Finance Manager

⭐Requirements
▫️至少拥有三年工作经验 (有投行经验者优先)
At least 3 years working experience (preferably with investment bank experience)
▫️至少有会计学学位
At least degree in Accounting
▫️协助财务总监处理公司服务事宜
Assist CFO on corporate services matters
▫️准备年度预算
Preparation yearly budget
▫️准备每月预测及报告
Prepare monthly forecast & reporting
▫️在限定期限内准备月度项目流动基金
Preparation of monthly project cash-flows with the short deadline
▫️监督会计部的日常运作，确保遵守会计政策和监管要求
Oversee the daily operation of accounting department and ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
▫️履行财务总监不时分配的任何其他职责
Perform any other duties as necessary and assigned by the CFO from time to time
