BUSINESS PLAN
1) SETTING-UP AND COMMISSIONG OF ASSEMBLY LINE FOR CUSTOMER
In view of the past experience of our Management Team, we intend to leverage on the gained network and expertise to grow the Company to be a major exporter of office furniture related products and components for the untapped countries especially those in the Africa continent. Among the plan of the Company is to provide cons
ultancy service to its customer in setting up and commissioning of office furniture assembly line in these countries. The rationale behind this plan is to encourage these customers to procure its material or components on a recurring basis from the Company upon commissioning of their assembly line. Our existing customers are mainly derived from this area.
2) OUT-SOURCE DESIGN ACTIVITIES
Due to its strong procurement network, the Company is able to obtain its components at very competitive prices from Italy, Korea, Taiwan, Malaysia and China. The design activities are currently out-sourced. In view of this, the Company is able to reduce its overhead and minimize any risk associated to factory operation. This practice is also being adopted by most of the major global furniture companies such as Osim and Ikea due to its proven success formula.
3) CONSOLIDATION OF CONTAINER
The Company will also be focusing on the container consolidation services, an area that has been neglected by most of the furniture manufacturers. There is huge number of potential customers worldwide that are unable to procure furniture directly from the manufacturers due to the restriction imposed on them. For instance, a small or medium size furniture dealer in India would have difficulty in developing a successful relationship with a manufacturer in China as there are conditions on minimum quantity of a particular item and maximum items that could be mixed in a container. Moving forward, we are planning to tap this niche market by tying-up with a consolidation company in China.
4) LOCAL PROJECTS
In view of the Company’s strength in overseas procurement and its strict quality control procedures, it wishes to leverage on these qualities. The Management believe, they will be able to pass on its competitive pricing, innovative and quality products to the local consumers.
