30 April 2026, as part of our strategic initiatives following our company listing on 30 March 2026, we are pleased to have been warmly welcomed by Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology (TARUMT) Faculty of Built Environment - FOBE TAR UMT for the kick-off this collaboration.

This engagement marked a meaningful first step, attended by our top management, including our Group Managing Director (GMD), Executive Director (ED), General Manager (GM), and team members. The session provided a valuable platform to exchange insights on industry needs, talent development, and potential areas of collaboration.

We are encouraged by TARUMT’s strong commitment to producing industry-ready graduates, which aligns well with our focus on strengthening our talent pipeline.

👏👏👏 BIMOffice Group proudly congratulates one of our team members on receiving the Gold Medal at the INDES 2025. 🎉

He first connected with us during his final year at Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology (TARUMT), after attending a BIM seminar organised by the Faculty of Built Environment - FOBE TAR UMT. From that moment, we recognised his strong potential, passion for innovation, and forward-thinking mindset, which led him to join our organisation upon graduation.

Today, he stands not only as a Gold Medal recipient for his project, “Eco-Friendly Concrete Innovations using Alum Sludge and Palm Kernel Shell,” and also as a rising talent within BIMOffice Group. His commitment to construction sustainability gives us strong confidence that he will continue to drive incredible value in digital construction and shape the future of the industry.

Our management has also identified him as part of our succession plan to become a future leader within our organisation. He began his journey with us as an industry trainee prior to his final year semester. During his internship, we quickly recognised his strong technical capabilities, dedication, and passion for his work. Midway through his internship, we were already confident in offering him a permanent position as a BIM Engineer. It’s reflecting our belief that developing young talent is key to driving the company’s next stage of growth.

Today, he stands not only as an award recipient, but as a rising star within BIMOffice Group. 🎉🎉🎉Another high-profile BIM project successfully delivered by BIMOffice Group for the prestigious Fit-Out Work (FOW) at Maybank HQ, Merdeka 118.

In partnership with Jalex (FOW Contractor), they led the physical site works while BIMOffice drove the BIM Digital Design & Construction; in charge of modelling, coordination, BIM drawing production, and overall BIM management & implementation. We also supported the Maybank team by coordinating BIM for other FOW packages.

Our FOW BIM experience includes HSBC TRX HQ, Microsoft Penang Office, Maybank HQ at Merdeka 118 KL, Google Data Centre, Bank of America at Merdeka 118 KL, Pavilion KL (Re-Zoning Project), and PNB Viewing Deck at Merdeka 118 KL.

BIMOffice Group is a prominent BIM Advisory, Consultancy, and Engineering Solutions company in Malaysia. We specialize in delivering cutting-edge Building Information Modeling (BIM) expertise and solutions to meet the dynamic needs of construction and engineering projects.

📌Role Description

The successful candidate will report to the Director of the Company and play a key role in driving business growth initiatives, expanding market presence, and strengthening client relationships within the construction and digital engineering industry.

📌Key Responsibilities

👉Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
👉Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and industry stakeholders
👉Developing strategic partnerships
👉Prepare proposals, sales presentations, negotiation contracts and business pitches
👉Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satusfaction and service delivery
👉Support tender submissions and follow up on leads

📌Qualifications
