Position: Admin Clerk Cum Operation
(Administrative & Operations Dept)
▪️Salary: RM2200 - RM2700++ & Allowance
▪️Confirmation & Increment after 3- 6 months (based on Performance)
▪️EPF, SOCSO & EIS Contributions
▪️Location: KIP, KEPONG KL

Job Requirement:
▪️Minimum SPM, Foundation, Diploma in Accounting & Administration
▪️At least 1-2 years of working experience in administrative & accounts related field.

Job Description:-

▪️Handling group of companies Accounts -Quickbooks Software.
▪️MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
Online Payment, Bills, Budgets Breakdown, Invoices, Payslip & Vouchers.
▪️Data Entry for EPF, Socso, EIS and SST
▪️Maintain and update all types of agreement/contract record/company secretary documents e.g. DCR/Annual Return etc.- Support ad hoc HR/Admin project or duties and responsibilities accordingly assignment from superior.

▪️Overall Immigration related works.
▪️Drafting Official Letter
▪️Other Ad hock task
