订购鱼和汇款条规
There are Rules and Regulations that must be followed by buyer and as well as seller:
1. Once the Bidder won the bidding, Seller need to provide bank account details and full payment must be made within 24 hours . Delay of up to 2 days 【48 hours】.你If fail to do so, the bidder is considered as *JOYBIDDER* and Seller may resale to other buyer or open new bidding.
当双方达成共识，卖家将会提供银行户口并且要求24内汇款。以收到汇单为准。最多可以延迟2天【48小时】。如果未能做到这一点，得标者将被视为*爽标者*，卖方可以转售给其他买家或重新开始投标。
2. After the payment is made, Buyer need to provide detail such as Name, Address and Phone Number for delivery purposes.
当收到了汇款单，卖家将要求买家的资料如名字，电话和地址以便邮寄程序。
3. Before shipping out, Seller need to send tracking number to the buyer for parcel tracking purpose.
卖家寄出之前会把tracking number 通知买家。
4.In the case of the parcel is to be delivered to the Buyer's home, but the Buyer is not present at the address, The Buyer need to self-collect at respective courier office.
货物一但寄出，双方都有责任去追踪包裹。如果包裹到了顾客不在家没人接收包裹。顾客需要自行取包裹。
5.If Buyer provides wrong shipping address and causes fail delivery, Seller is NOT responsible for it.
若买家提供不正确/不完整资料导致邮寄失败。卖家将不负责买家的错误。
6.In the case of betta Death On Arrival (DOA), Buyer please send a video and photo of the dead betta with unopened plastic fish bag, so that Seller will replace or refund the money to the buyer EXCLUDE postage. Seller will NOT take any responsibility if the plastic fish bag is already been opened.
当鱼在途中不幸丧生，卖家将会赔回鱼的原银，不包括邮费。如看到鱼死了包装袋不可以开，包装一拆，卖家将不负责。
7.Fish will send at Monday only. For any Public Holiday on weekdays, the betta will be sent out on the next working day.
鱼会在星期一邮寄罢了。至于假期或者周末，鱼将在另一个工作时间邮寄。
8.In normal practice, fish will be shipped out on Monday or Tuesday.1 or 2 days before weekend or public holiday is not encourage to ship, as the delivery may fall on holiday, and it would further delay the delivery.
一般鱼将在星期一、星期二运出去。不建议在周末或公共假日前1天或2天不发货，因为交货可能落在假期，它会进一步延迟交货。
9.Postage for West Malaysia RM15. Sellers are allow to charge more postage fees if the quantity betta is more than 4 pcs. More than 4 pcs postage RM25.
邮费通常西马rm15。若超过4 只卖家有权利增加邮费的差额。超过4只 一律Rm25。
10.All the betta photo/video taking must be under Led bright lighting.
鱼通常会用白色灯光led 拍照
11. Usually the fish will arrive in 1-2 days. If it is over, you can tell the seller to check where the fish is. Or you can get the order number and check by yourself.
通常鱼会在1-2天到达 如果超过可以私信卖家检查鱼在哪里或者可以自己拿单号自己检查哦
