Last week, a Finance Manager was sharing with me how it was so difficult to hire people who can really do what they said they could do.

And this happens because hiring managers are not aware that THERE IS a technique! So they get impressed by how candidates talk, look and PERFORMANCE during the interview.

With BEI, instead of asking random questions, you can ask targeted questions that focus on that candidate’s competency

So stop asking, “Why should I hire you?”. Start asking for Evidence of past performance.

You've heard people joke about this : "A pilot's job of flying a modern plane today is so easy. All they do is press the Autopilot button and they can sit back and relax".

Well, it's not like that AT ALL! Having been in Flight Simulators, I can share with you that the cockpit is a smorgasbord of possibly hundreds buttons, lights, k***s, leds and all sorts of things.

And pilots are highly trained, heavily regulated and monitored and regularly tested and retested throughout their whole careers.

I do believe not everyone can be (or should be) a pilot.
