Such a life, he believes, is a valuable one because material wealth and fame cannot be taken with us when we leave this world. As a result, I have redefined the mission of my business: To help bosses to achieve peace of mind, and to help employees to achieve happiness. I firmly believe that as long as we take good care of our employees, they will take good care of our customers and our business. Only with such a management philosophy can a business become truly strong. We have successfully completed the KPI Alignment Workshop with LHDN Malaysia. 🇲🇾

I am deeply grateful for the trust and opportunity given to us to contribute our experience in KPI and performance management to one of Malaysia’s most important public institutions.

Many people see LHDN mainly as the organisation responsible for tax administration. But behind this responsibility is something much bigger.

A country needs resources to develop.

The revenue collected by the Government supports the development and operation of our nation — from public infrastructure and education to healthcare, security, public services and many other areas that Malaysians depend on every day.

That is why improving alignment, productivity, efficiency and ex*****on within government institutions matters to all of us.

When an important organisation becomes more effective, the impact goes beyond the organisation itself. Ultimately, it contributes towards building a stronger and better Malaysia.

This time, our focus was very clear:

In today’s challenging business environment, having sales and orders is no longer enough.
