Dalam real estate, bukan semua perkara bermula dengan melihat property secara fizikal. Kadang-kadang, ia bermula dengan kepercayaan.

Seorang buyer dari Kuala Lumpur memilih untuk memahami projek melalui Zoom bersama saya.

Tanpa showroom visit.
Tanpa melihat projek secara bersemuka.
Tanpa brochure di tangan.

Hari ini, beliau terbang kembali ke Sabah untuk menandatangani perjanjian.

Secara jujur, saya sangat menghargai kepercayaan seperti ini.

Sebab di sebalik setiap tandatangan, ada keputusan kewangan, harapan dan kepercayaan seseorang yang perlu saya jaga.

A small real story to share:

I had a client who found a unit she really liked.
Budget was fine, loan was okay — but she decided to wait.

A few months later,
the price increased… and her preferred unit was no longer available.

On the other hand, I’ve also seen clients who took time to understand,
chose something that truly fit them — and are now happy with their decision.

So I’ve learned this:
Property is less about perfect timing,
and more about choosing what fits you.

No need to rush —
but don’t wait until you miss what you actually want 😊

“Do I need high income to buy property?” 🤔

Not always.

Banks don’t just look at your salary —
they also consider your commitments, credit record, and overall financial profile.

I’ve seen:
✔️ Average income — still able to buy
❌ Higher income — still not approved

The key is understanding your position first.

Don’t self-reject too early 😊
