Chief Financial Officer (CFO) European Wellness
Preferred Candidate Profile:-
We are a private group planning to go public listing. The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant with substantial listed-company CFO/finance leadership experience, a strong track record in corporate exercises and capital-market transactions, and excellent English and Mandarin communication skills. Experience in managing complex corporate structures and working closely with the Board, regulators, auditors, advisers, and investors will be highly valued.
Key Job Requirements:-
Academic & Professional Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Qualified Chartered Accountant with membership in a recognised professional accounting body.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, corporate governance, taxation, and regulatory requirements.
Professional Experience
• Minimum 10–15 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with significant experience at senior management level.
• Proven track record as a CFO, Finance Director, Financial Controller, or equivalent senior finance position.
• Demonstrated experience in corporate exercises, including fund raising, rights issues, private placements, IPOs/listings, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, joint ventures, and other strategic corporate transactions.
• Experience dealing with Bursa Malaysia, Securities Commission Malaysia, regulators, auditors, corporate advisers, investment banks, lawyers, and other professional advisers would be highly advantageous.
• Strong experience in Group financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, financial planning, and performance management.
Leadership & Strategic Capabilities
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate financial information into actionable business strategies.
• Ability to lead finance transformation, improve processes, strengthen internal controls, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic corporate environment and manage multiple priorities.
Language Requirements
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, with strong command of both spoken and written communication.
• Able to prepare, review, and present financial and corporate information in both English and Chinese.
A• bility to communicate effectively with local and international stakeholders is an advantage.
Other Requirements
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial/accounting systems.
Willingness to travel when required.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, particularly when presenting to the Board and senior stakeholders.
• Mature, strategic, hands-on, and commercially oriented leadership style.
