🥗 What is Edamame ⁉️
Edamame beans are great healthy snacks as they are low in calorie, high in fibre, and is an excellent source of iron.

Recipe : CRISPY PARMESAN EDAMAME 👩‍🍳
~Edamame beans
~Olive oil
~Garlic powder
~Parmesan cheese

1. Soak Edamame beans in water for 5 minutes and drain.
2. Toss the edamame in olive oil, garlic powder, and parmesan cheese.
3. Put edamame into air fryer basket and set the air fryer to 180C and air fry for 8-10 minutes. Making sure to shake the basket for at least once during the cooking cycle.
4. Enjoy!
