Over the years, Sabah has been suffering from weak household incomes coupled with higher than the national average house prices. Instead of building more affordable houses, most developers continue to aim for the market of the rich. More and more property owners jump on the bandwagon of converting their properties to Airbnb homes to tap the tourist market.

However, at IBudget Room, we choose to stick to our Core Mission, that is, to provide comfortable and convenient accommodations with reasonable price to cater the needs of average income earners in the city.
